Concrete Treatments Project Scope

Kellogg Square is a multi-housing facility in Downtown St. Paul. We were called in to provide a solution to the problem with their decks due to the water leaking through to the apartments below.

We used a flexible waterproofing system to seal the decks and preserve the concrete from further deterioration.
