Concrete Treatments Project Scope

This was a new construction residential project looking to get LEED status. The general contractor had hired a company to come grind and polish the floor but once the job was completed, the homeowners were not happy with the results. The contractor tried different methods to give thelook of a polished floor which detracted from the LEED status. We were called in to fix the floor and retain the LEED points.
